1. When will I receive my order? Please allow 1-5 business days for processing of your item before it is
shipped. Estimated arrival time is 5-10 business days after processing.
Business days are Monday thru Friday and do not include holidays or
weekends. Please keep in mind we do not offer shipping on Saturdays,
Sundays, or on Holidays. Oversized items may require additional processing and delivery times.
2. How can I track my order? Confirmation
numbers for tracking can & will be provided when asked. Tracking numbers are usually sent via email within 5-6 business days from the day of order. Oversized
items may require an additional time for shipping.
3. I do not live in the United States, can I still place an order? Unfortunately not at this time. We currently only offer shipping to the lower 48 states.
4. What methods of payments do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, Google checkout, and PayPal.
5. How much do you charge for shipping? Warehousedirectllc.com offers Free Ground Shipping on every order.
6. Do you ship to PO box addresses? No. Please
provide us with an alternative address in these cases immediately
following your purchase.
7. Do you ship to APO, FPO, or military addresses? Sorry but at this time we can not ship to APO, FPO or military addresses. We are currently working on ways to provide our service to
reach more locations in the coming future.
8. Can you expedite shipping? We
can not unfortunately control what shipping method the warehouse, manufacturer or distributor choose to use
or expedite shipping.
9. What shipping methods do you provide? Items
are shipped directly from the warehouse, manufacturer or
distributor & are shipped using either UPS, DHL, Fed Ex, Or USPS we
can not unfortunately control what shipping method they choose to use
or expedite shipping.
10. Do you provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico? Sorry
but at this time we only offer shipping to the lower 48 States only. We
do not provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
11. Can I exchange an item? Yes, provided the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and all restocking fees. Exchanges and returns are still subjected to our return policy.
12. How do I return an item? We do not accept returns without Return Merchandise Authorization numbers. For returns, please use our live online chat service, contact us form, or send an email to customerservice@warehousedirectllc.com. Only valid returns are issued an RMA number. Please read our return policy for more details.
13. Can I return an item that didn’t work for me? You may return an item provided that it follows the conditions stated in our return policy. Please see our return policy for more information.
14. Until when is an item valid for return? We do not accept returns after 7 business days of delivery.
15. I received a damaged item, what should I do? Please contact us using our live online chat service, contact us form, or send an email to customerservice@warehousedirectllc.com. Only valid returns are issued an RMA number. Please read our return policy for more details.
16. My transaction got declined, why? Here are a few reasons why transactions get declined. (a) Address Mismatch; if the billing address stated did not match the card’s address on file with the issuing bank. (b) Expiration Date; if the format MM and YY is not followed during checkout. (c) Browser not compatible; some browsers may not be compatible with our shopping cart. If so, please contact customer service for assistance with the transaction and they will forward the problem to technical support. (d) Insufficient funds; if the method of payment you used doesn’t have enough funds.
17. I did everything right, but my transaction still got declined. Please contact customer service for more assistance or your issuing bank provider.
18. The transaction was declined but there are pending charges on my bank account. Only approved transactions are charged on your credit/debit card. The declined transactions that reflect on the pending charges will be cleared in the next 3 business days or so, depending on the banks policy. Most banks do this for security purposes. Rest assured that as long as the transaction did not go thru, no charges will be made to your account.
